EXHIBITORS

The 7th International Conference on Debris-Flow Hazards Mitigation (DFHM7) venue will provide ample high-quality exhibition space. Exhibits from companies, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and others involved with debris flow monitoring, mitigation, or related industries are welcome.

Opportunities

This conference offers your company or organization a venue to demonstrate your contributions to the field of debris flows and to attract a focused audience of those involved in the industry from around the world.

Payments

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All payments are expected in US Dollars.

Exhibitor Area Facilities

A single exhibit space will measure approximately 10 feet by 10 feet (3 x 3 meters), and a double space will measure approximately 20 feet by 10 feet (6 x 6 meters).

Each exhibit space (either single or double) will have the following:

  • One skirted table 30 inches by 60 inches (76 cm x 152 cm)
  • Two chairs
  • Electricity (120 VAC 60Hz); exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and plug strips
  • Internet access (may be Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet depending upon location)

Schedule

Each exhibitor will be expected to conform to the following schedule:

  • Set-up: Monday, June 10 • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
  • Exhibition

    Monday, June 10 • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Tuesday, June 11 • 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

    Wednesday, June 12 • 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

    Thursday, June 13 • 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon

  • Tear-down: Thursday, June 13 • 12:00 Noon - 2:00 PM

Fees and Registration

Registration for exhibitor space is open now. Space is limited; therefore applications will be accepted in the order received.

  • Exhibitor registration :: single space: $1,250 USD
  • Exhibitor registration :: double space: $2,000 USD

Each registration includes the following:

  • Admission to the exhibition area and technical sessions for 1 person
  • Exhibitor's name and logo in the printed and digital program
  • Exhibitor's logo on the Conference website

Admission to the exhibition area for additional booth staff is available for $150 USD per person. Exhibitors are also invited to participate in the field trips; please see the registration form for cost information.

Policies concerning modification or cancellation of an exhibitor registration are the same as those for Conference registrants — except that the cancellation service fee, if imposed, will be $375 (single space) or $500 (double space). Learn more...

Security

Each exhibitor shall be responsible for providing security for their possessions present in their designated area. Neither the event organizers, the owner/operator of the Conference venue, nor Continuing and Professional Education Services can be held responsible for theft of or damage to a exhibitor's possessions. Exhibitors are encouraged not to leave their area unattended and/or to remove their possessions from the area during periods when the area is unattended.

Exhibitors shall ship so that the material arrives at Colorado School of Mines no earlier than 5 days prior to the start of the Conference. Prior to shipment, exhibitors shall notify Continuing and Professional Education Services by email (Learn@mines.edu) of the characteristics (size, weight, number of packages, on/off pallet, etc.) of the shipment and the expected date of arrival at Colorado School of Mines.

Return of Exhibit Material

If exhibit material is to be return shipped, it is the exhibitor's responsibility to arrange a pick-up by the carrier of exhibitor's choice. All material must be picked up no later than June 14, 2019.
